Who we are
We are CORCI (Asociación Coordinación Regional de Cooperativas Integrales), an agricultural organization based in Guatemala dedicated to the production and marketing of non-traditional vegetables in national and international markets.

Our production processes are developed under international standards. We implement a set of rigorous operations throughout our entire production chain committed to guarantee soil and water conservation, the optimum quality of our seeds and crops, prioritizing social responsibility in all our agricultural practices.
Our story
Throughout our 30 years of experience with the cultivation of vegetables, we have worked combining advanced technological processes and valuable ancestral knowledge of our Mayan culture, managing to expand and diversify our productive capacity positioning us in the national and international market as a competitive agricultural company.
CORCI was established on june 15 1992 with the purpose of unifying various agricultural associations that existed in the area and by the impulse of the community of Panimatzalam towards more cooperative style organizations. Through the efforts of its first leaders an advance towards a better organization and the management of productive projects was achieved. All of this was done in order to improve the quality of life of the associated families.
By the end of 1999 we managed to obtain legal status and constitute ourselves as a legal association. Since then we have organized ourselves through a rotating Board of Directors and assemblies with the intention of consolidating democratic processes in decision-making and expanding participation based on the different organizational needs.
Currently our organization consists of 193 masculine partners and 82 female partners giving us a total of 275. Indirectly, our actions are reaching 2000 people from different departments of Guatemala such as Sololá, Chimaltenango, Sacatepequez, Guatemala and Quiche.
What we dream
We work towards generating a positive socio-cultural impact benefitting families and communities participating in our association. We seek to incorporate and strengthen environmental sustainability, establishing a model of socially and ecologically responsible development.
